Brilliant service from UK Airport Taxi. I have never used them before but would absolutely recommend to everyone. The driver arrived slightly early, got out of his car to help with luggage, the taxi was immaculate and the price to Luton Airport was unbeatable. I am so happy to have found this company. I booked a taxi from Bedford to Stansted. Price was the cheapest I found after comparing few companies and the service was 5 STAR. They keep you updated by email and sms all time and you can also pay on the go with an url they send you. Service is great, people is so kind from first to last. My driver (Ahmed) was very friendly and kept me awake at 5 am by sharing our stories from Spain. I am so thankful and I trully recommend them!

I used the service on 11th August early in the morning at four o'clock from Luton to London Heathrow. Traveling as a family ( 4 kids) isn't easy. Using UK Airport Taxi was the best desicion and experience. Booking was easy and in minutes done. I booked weeks in advance and was a little worried that the driver might not come. I was chatting and speaking with friendly stuff, telling me not to worry... The driver was even earlier than the appointment very friendly and helpful. We got dropped off at Heathrow, the driver asked me if I'm sure about the terminal, it looked closed but I was sure and we got dropped, to find out it was really closed😢at this time we couldn't reach no taxi service in London at 5 am in the morning. I was close to cry, when I called the driver and he just offered to come back, got us and all the suitcases back in and drove us to the right terminal. Anytime I'll travel I 'll book with UK Airport Taxi and can only recommend to anyone. Prices, service everything on point. Thank you soo much. 🌸🙏🏽

The service provided by UK Airport Taxis was outstanding. Great info in advance of pick up..make and reg of car and drivers name. Immaculate cars on both of my journeys. The driver's especially on my journey from Luton to Hemel Hempstead were brilliant. On the return, the driver carried my case to my door which is at the top of a long flight of stairs so was much appreciated. Extremely good value for the level of service. On journeys collecting from an airport, as standard, UK Airport Taxi allows all passengers 45 minutes maximum from the time the flight actually lands to meet with their driver. After this, waiting time is charged, regardless of the reason, at £20/hr pro rata. To ensure your journey is as smooth as possible, we advise passengers to consider immigration processing times at airport and request for a deferred Ppick up/collection time after their flight lands. Please note that:

Depending on which vehicle you’re interested in booking, there are limitations to the number of passengers and luggage capacity, as follows:
UK Airport Taxi will not charge over the cancellation of the ride, and guarantee 100% refund, as long as 3 hours notice is provided before pick up time. All cancellations must be made online or via an email, to which you will receive confirmation by us. If you do not receive an email from UK Airport Taxi confirming the cancellation, then it may mean that we have not received your email. In this case, call our customer services team. No refund will be issued in the following circumstances;
UK Airport Taxi monitors flight delays, but only accommodates flight delays only to a maximum of 45 minutes . Whilst we do try our best to accommodate our customers impacted by any flight delays above 45 minutes, we but do can not guarantee for a pickup due to our company’s operational capacity at that time.
In the particular instance of a flight delay of above 45 minutes, we reserve the right to cancel your booking where we could not accommodate your delayed pickup, and cannot be held legally responsible. If we do cancel your booking due to flight delay of above 45 minutes, you are entitled to a full booking refund only. We are not liable to pay any additional charges that you may incur for arranging any alternative transport once we cancel your booking.
We do provide a child car seat as a courtesy service. Whilst we make every effort to ensure child seats are available, cannot guarantee suitability for your child , or availability for your journey. Usage of child seat is entirely at the passenger's discretion, and we cannot be held responsible or liable for their usage. Please note that the UK Law for “Child Car seats” is different if the child is in a taxi or minicab. If the driver doesn’t provide the correct child car seat, children can travel without one – but only if they travel on a rear seat.
